Last piece of thepuzzle is out
So I guess I'll be able to start wire brushing/painting the 1946 1/2ton frame next weekend.
But here's my motor unseized but I tokk her apart for new gaskets etc.
Why do you have your hoist chained up to your truck?
Because I'm a lazy truckdriver... Dad has solid metal caster on the hoist about 1-2 inches wide works perfect on cement but in soil or gravel, it'll take a horse to pull it out the 5 feet youneed to clear the truck.
I'm thinking I'm going to put in new gaskets, valve job, points, carbkit. I guess I'll see what Keith says about bearings but I'm not going to be puttting on too many miles.
Since buying the new truck I gotta keep it dirty so city folk know I'm still a country boy.
