Where does my horn connect?

Or better known as "where did my horn go?"

Hey, me again, '85 F250. Long story, summed up as "guys who dropped in my new 302 are morons." I'm working my butt off on this thing lately, and have found all sorts of little stuff that these jokers screwed up, like fuel-return from the carborator happily spraying all over the distributor on my trip home on the interstate. Missing a 10¢ piece of hose, anyone? The most baffling of these little things I've noticed over the past few months however was my discovery yesterday that MY HORN IS GONE. Who knows, they probably sold it to somebody.

Anyway, this being the third motor this beast has had (second since I got it), the wiring is kinda all over, and I can't recall whether the horn plugs into a lead somewhere or into a hard-mounted socket. Anybody?

Also, any suggestions for a wiper-fluid pump that happily makes all kinds of noise but doesn't actually move any fluid?

Could be the rubber hoses are plugged. Or maybe the metal "squirters" that spray the windshield. Wonder what their real name is???? Or maybe the inlet to the pump is plugged.
