air intakes & headers

air intakes & headers
i have a 94 f150.......anyone out there know of a good air intake & headers for this setup that is for legal use in california.......also does anyone know how too replace the drivers door.......is it hard too do the door looks kind of heavy with all the parts striped from the door.......

What engine? Trans? 4x4 or 4x2?

As for intake, you are efi, correct? So you're looking for a cold air intake?

As to the door: Are you taking the door off or door and hinges? You have a new door?
Support the door with something strong enough to hold the weight and wide enough to lower the door onto horizontally. If you are buy yourself, brace it up. Undo the bottom bolts first. Leave one in to hold it from rotating on you. Do the tops, pull the last one and ease it away and lower it.
I did one on a Mustang, it didn't kill me.

actually the "cold air intakes" are not really a cai...
The stock air intake on the EFI's is a cai...
The aftermarket "cai's" actually just allow alot more air flow.. But its the warmer engine bay air...
So cold air intake isnt exactly correct...
