While scanning a 98 Explorer 4.0 SOHC I got the usual P0171 and P0171,we all know what to do when this happens.But my question is I put my scanner in data mode and scrolled to the O2 sensors and noticed that bank1 sensor 2 was staying on rich mode with little voltage fluctuation. When idled up it would change, other 3 sensors seemed to act normal. Think this sensor is failing?
Also, what is bank1 and bank2 when looking at the engine.
