get rid of that upper intake that thing is restricting a lot of power that you'll never see with that intake
If anything the lower is where the restiction is. The only choices for different uppers are the Cobra and Explorer which are just cast versions of the GT40 tubular, and they don't flow any better.

P.S. Nice job on the motor.
Thanks Conanski!

That upper manifold isn't costing me anything. The lower has been port matched to the heads and with this manifold setup, the engine ran a 12.4 in the mustang. Even if that increases to a low 14 high 13, that'd be fine with me in my little pickup! I'm not looking for all out power anyway, just a strong reliable motor.
By the way, I used to have the Cobra and the only diffference I saw between it and the GT40 is the weight savings, and the "purdiness" factor
You own a Focus? I noticed the stack of 16 inchers in the second pic.
Thanks, yea I have, or-my wife has a Sonic blue 05 focus ses. I actually just sold those rims two days ago for $200 from a craiglist ad I placed.
Man, I am true blue Ford, 86 F150, 93 Mustang, 73 mustang grande, and the 05 focus!
