need help with '95 powerstroke

I have a problem.I own a '95 powerstroke and i have tried to put a edge evloution programer on and it reads communtion error.I have been told that the programer is a obd-2 model and my truck is a obd-1 model.Can anybody help me!!!!!!!!

Welcome to FTE. On these type tuners, they are usually year specific. Are you sure this tuner covers the year of your truck?

I had the same problem with a 95. it is obd2 but the tuners are voltage sensitive. Make sure your batteries are up to snuff this was my problem.
