That's the beauty of using the Gloss-It system - there's virtually no learning curve. This polisher cannot build enough heat to burn your paint. And, the polishes and pads can't hurt it unless you stand there and fall asleep with the thing in your hand. I'm very impressed with it, and this truck was one of the first things I ever did and I was scared, too - You should see what I can do with it now!!!

wow that's impressive! if you didnt post pics I never would have believed that this can be attained without some sort of experience... pretty inspiring indeed. good job.

Amazing - great work. I'm one of those sick freaks that loves to do stuff like this so I'll have to research your setup some more.

BTW and slightly OT - always great stuff from the Tire Rack...I'm a frequent customer.

Here's a video of the polisher, pads, and compounds I use. Rich shows here everything he taught me prior to his making this.

I saw that too.

I detailed mine today - well, the paint at least is fully done (still have wheels and tires to finish outside) - and I sorely missed not having a tool like the Cyclo or Meguiars' G-110. Did it all by hand...phew!
