Anyone seen a Cabela's edition in person? A new addition to the Super Duty line, not some cheap dealer or regional special package. Supposed to be like the King Ranch package in terms of availibility. I was thumbing through my Cabelas master catalog and saw a picture of it... comes with an underseat storage case for the rear crew bench...wondering how large it is... 1 rifle? 2?

 

Boy, you got me. I've never heard or seen it. Is it on Ford's build website?

 

Couldnt find it there, but it was in the 09 order guide. Has dark leather like the king ranch, but dark brown, and the lockable case under the rear seat, plus stickers on the bedside and embroidered seats... It looks nice in the master catalog though; too bad I can't test the lockable storage case though...

Looks like a couple of long guns can fit pretty easily.

 

Ford's alittle slow updating their web site. I can't wait to see some of the new options and colors.

That is really nice looking... thanks for the pics! Too bad its a shortbox... but that box looks good sized, maybe 2 rifles, or 1 firearm with room for scopes and choke tubes... I wonder if the box will fit into an older truck with the 60/40 flex fold rear seat...

 

Arrghh...need more details on that box. Looks different than the Du-Ha options I've seen in the past...

not my taste.bright yellow stripe and yellow sticker n/g. and why pay more for an interior with anothers company name on it. the two tone looks like something out of a tuner car.a little different than the harley editions. you seem to get more exterior touches with a h-d truck.just not my taste.

that got me thinking of putting some spacers under my rear seat and building some sort of slide out for my long gun case......... oops another project on the list!
