Engine Light at First Start???

My programmer is 2 or more years old. I was looking in the manual after your post and didn't see anything about reading codes. I am familiar with the menu options on the little console and haven't seen a "choice" to select for codes or diagnostics.
The gauges are nice, I tow some and like to keep up with EGT and Boost. I love the truck and have had no problems with it other than this. It just hasn't been a big deal but you know how it is....... we notice every little thing !
