GEM module, 4x4, dash lights on.

GEM module, 4x4, dash lights on.
My 2000 F150 7700, the dash lights for the 4x4 and low range flicker on and off at random. I thought it was the GEM. I replaced the GEM and still have the problem. Are there any sensors/switches on transfer case that can be causing this? Also, would anyone like to buy a used GEM?
