Wiring Problem

I have a 87 F150 302 4X4, My fire wall caught fire and burnt soe wires behind the EFI intake Manifold, Anyone know what these wires are and what they go to? Now the truck pops but does not start. Kind of sounds like a GM tech-4 trying to start when its 40 below zero.

Thanks

Wiring Problem

If I were in your situation I would first look at it and see if you can make out some of the wire colors. If you can, I would get a wiring diagram and try to fix the wires. You might try your local garage or Ford dealer. The dealer one time let me photocopy a diagram out of one of their manuals.

If you can't make out what's going on, I would check a junkyard for a used harness, after I checked with the dealer about a new one which I know must be expensive.

Wiring Problem

Beside what Franklin says" getting a diagram and figuring it out yourself"
If you really want help about this here,I suggest being more specific about colour/exact location/where you think they lead to,etc.

Especially Be specific about the colour coding of the wiring.
ie: blue/red stripe
green/yellow stripe kinda thing.

We're waiting.
