replacing lifters on a 262 I6 tips?

got some new lifters to install on my 262 I6 (it's in a 63 F250 4x4) has anyone done this if so any tips ? does anyone know where i can get a lifter removal tool?

A Magnet? try a hardware store.

a magnet will sometimes work but it being that old they have the black ring of sludge a magnet will not pull them out. you can use a pick with with a hook in it and hook the center oil hole and pull them out.
