Desperate for cab for crew cab
I am looking for a cab for a late 70s crew cab. Need just a good cab with a rust free roof. Close to Texas would be nice. I also need a short style side bed.

This guy has had this one for sale for awhile now. It would be a bit of drive for you because it is near St. Louis, MO, but it looks like a pretty good deal.

1977 Ford F350 crew cab long bed 2wd, rebuilt 400 engine, C6 automatic, Dana 70 35 spline rear end. Runs and drives. Also have a very nice 1979 XLT crew cab w/frame. Extra cab clip and pair of rust free rear doors, and all brackets to convert to 4x4 including a divorce transfer case crossmember. Clear titles for both. Thanks for the info C4, John T and Pauls Printing. I am still desperate. Been checking a few leeds but no joy so far. There is one about 5 miles from my house but roof is toast. Please keep looking as I hate to scrap this truck.

well i bought everything he had for crew cabs. i go on vacation in am .so when when i get back i will pick it up. red one needs floors replaced orange one is pretty solid roof on both trucks slighly dented. have a few pics some body work needed on both trucks. also got from roof and floor behind front seat cab he used front windshield to seat section on another truck

If you want to sell a roof or cab let me know. I have a good cab but roof is rotten all the way around. I can replace it if I can find a good roof. I dont need glass or doors just a bare cab or a cut off roof.

Wow too bad you guys don't live near CA there is a 76 F-350 Crew Cab and a 1972 f-250Crew Cab in mint shape. Both are sitting in the Fairfield Pick and pull . Rust free and dent free 149.00 for the entire cab with doors. Maybe there is a local FTE'r that can use these I hate to see these go to waste!

Wow gashog, what a deal. Anyone got an idea how I could get that shipped to TX. Mapquest says 1800 miles one way from my house to Fairfield and at $3.44 a gallon and 10 MPG that would be $1245.00 round trip just for gas. Needless to say I aint driving up there.

Y'all won’t believe what just happened. The manager with one of our sister divisions just called and asked if 1 or 2 of my guys could go to Stockton CA. to help install a new piece of equipment. Stockton aint far from Fairfield, now how do I work this out?
