how to fix this dent

Mine was dented in the exact same place. Lucky for me I had to replace the cab corner, and while i had it cut out I was able to get in there and knock it out with a body hammer. Sorry this probably dont do you much good.

If you can bang it out from the inside, use a hammer and dolly to get it close. If you can't get to it with a hammer, get a dent puller, drill a couple of small holes in the dent and pull it out with the dent puller (do not over do it). Grind off the paint, apply a skim coat of body filler, sand and re-apply a skim coat of body filler sand again, keep this up as needed until it's flat. Primer it, block it, primer it block it until it's perfectly smooth, and then it's ready for paint
