Sure, cow tipping is where in the middle of the night usually your drunk and you go out in the country where cows are and you go out and push the cows over and run like heck afterwards. Did alot when I was teenager.

Have you ever been to a branding?

no...its different, not better nor worse, yet it doesnt take a 1/4 tank of gas to get to the grocery store in the city...

is it normal for the countryman to be up before sunrise?

yep especially if the fricken bus picks you up at 6:30 in the morning in december.

can you have more fun out in the country compared to the city

No. Country life also gets boring.
There are different kinds of things to do in the city than in the country, and visa versa.

Is desert living different than country living?
