Absolutely!!! One of those heavy duty, super duper, models built for Arizona weather!!! That way she'll have to get up real close!!!

depends on how long you have 'not' eaten - start with starches, dry toast, crackers, then add eggs if it stays down - slowly add soups with substance - save tomato items for LAST

Am I doing this right?
