Want It Loud!!!

Hi there, im posting for a friend of mine. He owns a 2004 f-250 Crew Cab,with the 6.0 in it. He wants the loudest, blackest, smoke delivering exhaust he can get!!! Also he doesnt want a muffler and was looking to get something like a 5" system. So if there is anybody that can help me i think it would be this website!!! So can you guys help me out? Thanks in advance.

Well in all honesty, you can just weld in your own cat and muffler delete that would provide the loudest exhaust, no matter what brand you get as long as you can weld in your own test pipes or you can buy them for the particular system you get. Black and smoke depend on fuel delivery not exhaust. You'll have to have a program to deal with that.

Either custom shop or yourself can do that cheaper then any system more then likely although myself and alot of 6.0 guys like MBRP exhausts.

A 5" system is going to be a waste unless your friend is pushing more then just a tuner(which I would doubt), however considering your friend wants to be pouring out black smoke the fact that a 5" system being a waste might be irrelevant to him.

I don't think so. He said system, that would imply the complete exhaust, not just a tip. Unless the terminology was used wrong.

Well, it sounds like your friend just wants to make a spectacle of himself and annoy people. Tell him to join PETA.

Your friend is just going to waste his money, because he'll want to undo all that once he turns 17.

It sounds like your agreeing with my first post, although if I'm reading your post correctly it sounds like you think that I said that straightpiping a truck makes it smoke and that is not what I said, but I don't know if I'm reading that correctly or not, but it sounds like that's what you think.

Except for padding your post counts, neither of these posts were necessary

This person's friend's only stated goals are to make a lot of noise and belch smoke. Is that what we want to be on record as encouraging and enabling? Like it or not, this kind of stuff reflects on all of us, and not well.
