Factory paint scheme ?
I like it so much, when I have my 85 F-350 repainted, I want to have the stripes done in a diff set of colors. I have it on my truck now, but again, it is just a tad lighter than the rest of the truck:

]There were a lot of Factory tape stripe kits between 1980-1986, so many infact that even the parts men couldn't keep track of them all. Then of course there was the dealer kits, and aftermarket too.
But for a 1982 Bronco, those stripes are not out of place for OE.
There was also the 1982 XLS, model that had simular, or compareable, type stripes.
As for the slightly lighter tan color, that could be due to Sun Fade. It looks the same color on my monitor, just a shade or two lighter, and that could be due to the sun.
Too bad you don't have the original vehicle that hood came from. The Tape code might have been on the Safety Certification lable.
