accessory wiring
I would like to hard wire my rechargable flashlight in my truck. Where is the best place to tap a hot lead? Does my 99 Super Duty have open spots in the fuse box or where should I look? All the computer stuff has me a little nervous 
I don't want to mess anything up.

There should be keyed and un-keyed accessory hook-ups in the fuse box.
