Neutral sense switch - M5OD

1992 ranger 2.3L, M5OD transmission. Does this transmission have a neutral sense switch, and if so where is it? I tried looking under the tranny and there is only the reverse switch and speed sensor. There is another 1-pin cable hanging off the harness that goes nowhere, but I don't even know if that goes to the tranny or not.

It should be on the top of the trans/drivers side with a 2 wire connector.

If you are getting a trouble code for it, just shift to neutral & pull the codes again.
