2003 Expedition Brake Pedal Hissing?

This is a ten year old thread. But your cruise control deactivation switch is likely bad. It's the other switch there on the left side of the brake pedal. 1/4 turn counter clockwise to release the switch from the mount.
Any air leak you hear up in that area is likely your brake booster there behind the master cylinder under the hood.

Motorcraft SW5957 is the cruise control deactivation switch. It's about $10 over on Amazon.
