Stock Guage options

Can a stock Ford guage cluster with a tach be installed in a non tach equiped truck 95 f150, 4.9L 6, and, are they available on the used market.

Stock Guage options

If the swap in is from the same or concurrent years I can't see why it won't.
The Main harnesses should be the same,with the Tach being an option.
Aftermarket ?
