hi i have a 92 f150 v8 302 and i just did a tune up on it all the wires matched up fine except on its about a foot long and the ends where you put it on the plug and on to the cap are big then the other it has a really fat wide diameter end on it! but there are no other factory wire on the cap they were all changed was this just an extra?? it runs fine doesnt seem like anythings missing !!i was told there are 2 types for my truck ones with something electronic and then ones with out, i was give the electronic if that helps at all!

It's prbably the one that goes from the coil to the cap.
