Need Bed Measurement
I have a "shortbed" with a liner that covers the six "rackholes" along the top edge.
I want to cut open the bed at the hole points.
The rearmost holes are done BUT, I can't find the center holes as the liner is tacked down in spots.
Could someone with a shortbed measure the distance from the rear hole to the center so I don't screw up the liner unnesecarily?
Every older Ford truck I see is a longbed.
Is there some other place to find the measurement if no one has it?

I wonder if a really strong magnet(such as a speaker magnet) would pull enough through the liner to help you find where the pocket is. Of course when it quit pulling, that would be the hole. Then you can do the trick I do when poking holes in drywall, and make a small cuts to the edge to mark the boundaries of the hole.
Only the longbed has the three.
