Would an electrical contril module prevent me from adding?
From the wiring diagrams that I have seen for Ford vehicles, the door locks for vehicles with keyless entry and ones without keyless entry are enough different that it would be impracticle to try and install a FACTORY keyless entry module in a car that did not originally have one. It would be much easier to install an aftermarket keyless entry module. All of the above statements are for the door locks only. As for the power windows, I'm not sure how much of the wiring is in the harness in a vehicle that does not have power windows. To my knowledge there is no module connected to the power windows. I know for certain that my 93 F150 doesn't have any module for power windows.
Would an electrical contril module prevent me from adding?
Ok no feed back on my 1st question regarding adding power windows and locks? Well, I went to an automotive electrical repair shop and the tech told me that my 1999 Ford F250 Superduty has an electric control module which would prevent me from adding my power options. He indicated that the wiring harness and the electric control module would have to be replaced to accomindate adding the factory power?

The main wiring would be theree ,You would just need harnessing and control modules.
Looking at the fuse box is the easiest way to tell.
It would have a spot for circuit breakers and fuses ready to go.
