Maybe they would offer some type of discount group buy? I looked at them and would like to order a set but I'm really aprehensive about putting the holes in the roof and wiring them in. I have seen a couple of write-ups about it, but still....
Hey glad to see your a member here now Scott. I got mine in the other day along with my '08 mirror lens. I got the mirror lens on and they look great. Havent got a chance to get the cab lights on yet but I'm working on it.
Just got to this thread, and the name Catoctin rings a bell, that's right in my back yard kinda. Where is the place located Scott? We have family up in thurmont and im just on the east side of Keymar.
We're on Stull Rd off Rt. 15 near Mountaindale. I have a buddy that lives over near Keymar, Ladiesburg actually.
We intended to do more advertising locally but my partner has been pretty busy building trucks for the U.S. Army and will probably end up going back to Iraq/Kuwait.
i know this thread is a little old but i had 2 questions? how are you guys installing these, on a ladder, sitting on the roof? i am only 5'5 so i have quite a ways to reach up there. also, is the windshield perfectly straight? i was thinking of making a template with autocad and printing it on a plotter. that way i couold just lay it up there and centerpunch.
It would have to be by a ladder, on my dads 97 they sat on the roof when they put the cablights in and its gotta nice dent. Scott thanks for the LED links I think that would lookg reat when I get my cab lights on.
The windshield rolls with the cab. Good idea you got there with making the template. I still havent gotten around to installing mine. There still in the back floor board.
