I have a 1994 F150 Flareside with a 5.0 litre engine, 5 speed and air conditioning. Lately, the dash gage that shows the condition of the battery, etc has been dipping low towards the red line (but not into) for about 1/2 a second at what looks like random times. This happens when I am moving or at idle and when it happens, I've never had the a/c or the headlights or any other systems that mite "drain" the system on. Its never stalled or started hard since this happened. Any ideas what is causing this and should I be replacing something electric before it leaves me standing without a ride any time soon? Any help would be appreciated.
