Timing chain tensioner???? - TN
Hi, all!
just joined!
I have a question about my 1997 F-150???
The tensioner pusher/piston to keep tension on the timing chain (driver side)
is not getting oil to it. The chain slaps against the chain guide when deceling or going down hill.
All parts are brand new:Chain, tensioner, nylon guide, oil pump!
After replacing all those parts it still slaps.
Does anyone have info on this paticular problem????
How to clean the line???
Thanks,
Johnny_5
