Oil Pump for 430
I have a '60 Lincoln with the 430 v8, I don't want to use the old vacuum pump, it goes inside the oil pan. Any ideas on how to fit the pump back in without useing the vacuum pump? Any help is much appreciated! Engine is rebuilt and ready to go, I'm stuck on this oil pump thing. Help!

Welcome Lyndon to FTE.
I haven`t any ideas on the Lincoln 430, Ford never used them that I know of in their trucks but lurk around in the engine forums such as the Y-Block V8 (239, 272, 292, 312, 317, 341, 368) https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum56/and you may come up with some info.

It appears that all 430's used the same oil pump = C0ME-6600-A. Dunno what you can do to change the pump. Look in Hemmings Motor News (hemmings.com) under L Parts for sale (Lincoln Parts) for a vendor named Jack Rosen. He's located in Riverside CA, and deals in Lincoln parts.
