Thgis isn't on my Ford, but it still should be just a regular question to fit all:
What does it mean when you turn-on your turn signals and the battery gauge blinks along with the turn signals (the needle moves back and forth)or shows a loss of gain of a charge when the engine is on? This has naver happened to me beofre. Is it a weak alternator or battery getting Weak?
Time to clean off all the grounds.
It means some (little bit more) current is going to ground than normal.
It could also mean the Voltage Regulator needs cleaning where it mounts.
Does it do this with engine revved up a little?

Not sure Dennis, I just noticed while daughter was driving that the needle moved each time she used any type of electrical device...I thought maybe the battery was getting weak or the alternator was going bad...
It is probably doing this because the voltmeter is hooked to some wire far from the battery. As the wire supplies current to some accessory, the voltage drops. You could test with another voltmeter right at the battery. If the alternator is working ok, the battery voltage will probably show little or no change as you turn on different devices.
