I have to replace the engine in my 2002 f250 ,it had 250 HP and the engine that I checked has 235 HP 06/00 production date .
If I make run the 235HP engine with my truck's module and computer is that going to deliver 235 or 250 hp ?

You will get 250hp. Supposedly anyway. Nothing as far as fueling or programming changed between 00 and 2002. One thing you're lucking out on, is that the engine you are installing, is capable of supporting more horsepower. The late 2001 and newer trucks use a Powdered Metal connecting rod, which scares people, they shatter inside the engine around 400 +/-, if you put the 00 engine in with "forged connecting rods", you will be able to support up to, over 500hp if you plan on doing that in the future. If you ever plan on doing big HP like injectors and turbo in the future, now would be the BEST time to install head studs, and higher rate valve springs before the engine goes in.
