08 grill will not directly bolt on, you'll need to change everything in the front end, 05-07 grill will bolt right up, and if you change bumpers you won't need to trim the grill at all, if you keep your bumper you have to trim the bottom of the grill. you can buy the trimmed grills all over the place on ebay
You can't put an 08 grill on an 07 and earlier Super Duty without extensive fabrication. The entire front frame, grill support and radiator support changed.
