95 Ford Explorer Problem
hey,
heres the scoop i brought a used 95 ford explorer xlt, during the night i flickeed on my lights while i was on my driveway and i realized that the regular headlights were working. but there was another set of lights below, on the level as the licsense plate, heres the problem they dont work, are they just there for looks or did this origanl owner cut some wires? i do have a ford book on 95 explorers but it didnt help.

What happens when you just start the truck without turning on the lights?
Do those other two lights come on?
They could be DRL's.

Daytime Running Lights.
They are Law in Canada but some vehicles in the states get them too.
