Module fuse blowing, '85-460
Twice in last 3 months the module fuse (15A )has blown on my 1985 Econoline 350 Van, 460 Auto, carburated. Will not start thereafter, acts like fuel pump prob. Briefly starts then dies. After replacing the fuse, works OK, until next time fuse decides to blow. Van has dual tanks, prob has occured both times while running front tank. Had a backyard mechanic suggest the electric fuel pump in front tank is loading down the module, resulting in fuse blowing. Planning to replace the module first, thought others may have some past experience on same before I start swapping out expensive parts. Thx
