Could someone run an Oasis on 2002 7.3 Excursion 1FMNU42F72EC62103 ?
87,000 miles and looks and runs great. Is $12,000 about right?

I'm not sure how much an OASIS will help with an 02. That's pretty low mileage. You might also think of getting a carfax done to see about any insurance claims (body or flood issues).
