Dead Bank

Ok y'all, here is one I have never come across before. The entire right bank is dead (or all but dead) on my 1973 302 and of course, it backfires and has a loss of power. I have replaced all of the secondary ignition components, fuel filter, PCV valve, and checked for and corrected several vacuum leaks. While the engine runs better than it did to start with, it is still VERY sick. Compression on the affected side is good (120-130), the timing is set right, and the timing gear/chain set appears to be good (when I rotate the engine by hand in both directions the rotor moves instantly). I can not think of any problem that would cause the entire right side to malfunction like this and not affect the left side as well. HELP!!!!!

how do you know that it is just the right side? Have you pulled the plugs and spin the engine around to see if you have spark on all plugs?
