Air leak???

Air leak???
My dad has a 2000 Navigator that has air bags in the suspension. They apparently inflate to compensate for weight added to the vehicle. The system is cycling fairly regularly for no reason. In other words, it may have an air leak or a plumbing issue?? I had someone go underneath and spray the rear air bags down with soap water and didn't find any apparent leaks. He also sprayed all exposed lines and found nothing. The problem appears to be in the rear, but at this point I can't rule out anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be wrong? Any troubleshooting ideas?? Thanks, Jeff
