need help wit gage lights

evry time i turn on my lights my on my 78 f150 the speedomter and gass gage and all them dont trurn on but when i trun on my brights my center gange lights up what how do i fix that

Check the dimmer, it is probably open.

Remove the instrument cluster out and check the backing & the printed circuit.
