crank shaft replacement
hope I aint violatin I found out my ol 1976 f-100 had the motor swapped. They used the old flywheel a 1976/28oz for a 302 with a 1983 302 (needing a 50 oz) the imbalance broke the crank. I have replaced the crank but now am having trouble matching flywheel and balancer. I can find the 50oz flywheel but it is for a 10 inch clutch and the 3 speed manual originally had an 11inch clutch. Any suggestions???????

The 1980/89 Ford Light Truck Parts Catalog sez:
The 1980 only 302 M/T flywheel was used with a 10" clutch only.
1981/87, there's only one flywheel. It was designed to be used with both the 10" & 11" clutch.
E1TZ6375A .. Flywheel / Marked: E1TE-AA
This flywheel is no longer available. It was replaced in 1988 with: E8TZ6375D. This flywheel is still available, but the price is, to put it mildly...outrageous!
