Post Big!!!! Electrical Question.

I need some input on what electrical system provider any of you folks
have used/or entend to use in your project. I'm trying to make the best decision here, about what wiring kit I want to use.
Need Opinions. Thanks Folks.

Big!!!! Electrical Question.

Most people I know have found a used harness out of a wrecked truck.
Other's have bought a painless wiring system ,but I have heard it isn't that painless.

Big!!!! Electrical Question.

That thought has also crossed my mind about use a late model harness,
From a Mustang. Might that work!! Using 85/89 Mustang Column.
That could save a ton of money going that route.

Big!!!! Electrical Question.

For mine I made the harness for the computer. Took some time but the wire was free (work) But I just ordered a fuse block from painless, I think this will make the rest of the electrical work a bit easier. There prodects are expensive but make things go together easier.

Big!!!! Electrical Question.

I did mine from scratch, added each item one at a time starting with what it needs to run and what I want. I would go with EZ wiring(?), they have the easiest to do setup and isn't as exspencive as painless. I was on a budget and wanted two seperate circuts so I used two small Buss fuse blocks and did some abnormal wiring. It took some research and planning, mainly because of the '67 Galaxie colum, but now I know how everything works and it only cost me about $50. Only trouble came from a Radioshack relay.
