Hey guys, I constantly have this "fog" on the inside of my windshield. I don't smoke, so I can't imagine what's causing it. I've tried a ton of different products and cloths.
It doesn't seem to be moisture or condensation on the windshield. It's more of a film or smudging. It's only on the windshield, not any of the windows.

Pondering -- Why is that people want to deny the obvious but unpleasant???
Now, if it's appearing over the period of weeks or months, it's just your plastics out-gassing....
I don't want to deny anything Steve. I'm just not experienced enough with vehicles to know where the evaporator drain is. If you could tell me how to check or fix the drain, I'd be more than happy to give it a shot.
We clean the windshield and it's just there the next day. It doesn't get heavier over time. It's just a light haze.
Unfortunately, it can't really be tested without removing it. You can slightly pressurize it with air and spray it with soapy water and look for the bubbles. But if it's already out, you just as well replace it regardless.
