what do you think its worth

Im sellin the motor and t case out of the 77 150 I have and im not sure what i should ask for em. Motor is 351M t case not sure probly 203. The po put a part time kit in it and it dont leak. Motor ran good when we drove it home. What should I ask for em I was thinkin $400 for the motor and $500 for the t case is this too high?

Ya the motor is good no leaks no smoke and a fairly new rebuild (so I was told). Im in the process of gettin em both pulled out trans is auto but shot bad. How hard is it to pull the t case out ive never pulled one out before.

Do I have to pull the tranny? I usually just pull the motor out by itself and leave the tranny there. Also can you get the t case out without the tranny?

yes, you can take them all out seperately (sp) or with the front clip off, you can take them all out at once.

No divorced t case on this one. I do have the front clip off of it. How hard is it to split the t case and tranny

bolts and linkage, i think 8 bolts?

So its no big deal I ask cause I dont want the tranny out cause its blown and its an auto.

Well I was just gonna leave it in there till i get rid of the truck. Is it worth anything for scrap?

20 bucks or so at a metal yard, or call a trans shop to see if they buy cores

Well I dont want to put an auto in anyhting so I think ill just take it out and see exactly whats wrong with it. It was just pukin fluid all over the place after you started the truck and shut it off or just let it sit.
