I have a 08 250 5.4L v8 and have been looking online for a cold air intake. the only one i could find was an airaid and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this intake or if any one has used a different intake. any help would be appreciated. thanks

 

I have an airraid on my 2002 F150 5.4, it works fine, mine is an open air element, not really "cold air". Have you checked out Volant, they seem to make a good product too.

 

i had looked at the volant and the k&n and a couple other brands but i couldn't find one made for a 5.4 v8. i think im just going to order the airaid this week.

 

volant does make one, so doesn't s&b and af1, those seem to be the best 3 intakes on the market

I checked on volant s&b and af1's websites and they don't make a product for a 08 f250 5.4 v8 so i decided to order the airraid. thanks for all the responses

 

That's for the powerstroke diesel, not the V8 gasser

 

oh my mistake, i thought he had a 150. should of read it close. sorry about that

 

hmmm, i never liked the air rade on my 02 f-150..... did you check out afe i heard lots of good things about them from a buddy that uses on on his 06 f-150. he's got the stage 2 afe intake system.
