Well guys i did it. I popped the question tonight and she said yes. So it looks like ive found someone to put up wiht my crap permenantly.

21 years for me as of last Friday. I am a lifer.
It will not always be a bed of roses, but it certainly is a memorable journey. If I could offer any advice, just try to remember that your are entering a parnership with someone. A succesful partnership requires open communication about each parnters needs and desires, consideration of the other parner's opinion, and a willingness to sacrifice from time to time to ehlp the other partner achieve his or her goals. 'Course, that is a very simplistic view, but I think you will find most successful marriages share those components along with some others.

Congratulations. My best advice is to, as a couple, take divorce off the table as an option. Don't use the word in arguments or fights as a threat or anything like that. That way, when you argue/fight (and you will), you can argue/fight towards a solution instead of towards a split. Along those lines, never let the sun go down while you are angry--always work things out before you hit the sack.
