while im on here just going to see if any of you guys can put a finger on this, this usually happens when i drive into the entrence of the job site or some times going over a bump in the road, i get a noise in the front end that is coming from the passenger side it sounds like a spring pops or something. if someone is in the passenger seat they can feel it through the floor i have checked everything to see if anything is loose but it all looks fine it has done it since new...
Hey, Is this strictly suspension issue or do you notice any performance affects? Any other info would be helpful - what speeds does this happen/not happen? Had balljoints, sway bar bushings replaced lately? Alot of the time the loose popping noise (or similar noise) is the sway bar bushings. but its a bit hard to tell from the description - could be alot of things.
gday joe most of the time it happens at low speed like if i was going up a kerb on an angle then the twist of the car makes it go off, i think u could be right with the swaybar bushes.
Its a pretty cheap fix compared to getting new balljoints or other repairs. You might wanna have a look to see if thats it. I would wait for someone a bit more experienced to chime in - there are some really helpful folks around here that could add some more insight.

Took me three sway bars to get one that worked. The Procomp blew the seal at install, then I switched to Rancho and was sent the "wrong F350 Swaybar" for the second. Seems they have two for a '01, one is supposed to be for modified (?) and the other stock. When I finally received the stock model, it worked great.
Another culprit are those clips on the leaf springs. They keep the individual leafs from moving side to side. If they become a little loose they allow sideways movement. Try tightening the nuts after spraying them with WD-40.
