CD player woes

My factory CD player has quit working for the second time (CD error) and won't eject the CD's it is currently holding hostage. So my question to y'all is what have y'all replaced your factory units with? I want to stay with a multi-disc CD player. Is there a link on how to get the thing out of the dash? I would like to replace it myself if possible for a mediocre DIY fella'.

I actually went from multi-disk cd to USB/IPOD capable. Am now able to shuffle between all songs etc.

If my 2000 one will work, I could sell you it. Check and see what is a reasonable price, and send me a not.

i have a spare oem nav unit from my 03, but i don't think it's compatible.

Thanks fellas. I think I'll check out Crutchfield and see what they have to offer. We are keeping this truck for the long haul and are putting in new / better gear as things go out.
