Swapping to Fuel Injection

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this but here it goes... I can get my hands on a EFI 460 with c6 (4x4) tranny for 350 bucks... it needs to be rebuild, and I'd like to build it up a little. But I was wondering how hard it would be to make the EFI work in my truck? The motor comes with the injectors, fuel rail, some wiring (not sure if it's all of it or not). Any information would be great, other wise I can get a carberated one also.

the attraction to EFI is a biggie, it works so much better offroad & on cold mornings. however I would watch how much I modified the injected 460, mainly because I don't know which air flow sensor they used on it or how adaptable it is( how far you can push it) with mods. hope this helps _RW

holly injection? I suppose It would be easiest to swap in a carbed 460 for now and convert to EFI later?

If you can get the wiring harness and ECU from the donor, shouldn't be a problem at all. If you want to build it for performance, mass-flo efi has a ground-up system for a 460 for not that bad of a price.
