Stumbled on what appears to be a Ford promo of some sort from Argentina. At 28 seconds in there are 2 vehicles passing each other - one appears to be a quad cab (like a Sport Trac - short, short bed) and the other looks like a ...uh...a Scruburban. I don't know Spanish, but it's got some cool footage. So does anyone know if those 2 vehicles were built in quantity?
Yeah there is all kinds of kewl trucks down there. Check out the uni bed lines on this one. I am gonna make something like this for mine. Ford F-100 1965
They also kept building bumps and everything longerthan we did down here. Do not know how true it is, but I was reading something about them and they said they got all the old dies and kept building them. I want one...
Pretty bitchen stuff...the FordUrban and Slick Panel were the best...how long do you The climate down there is pretty dry...bet there are bunch of cool Fords to drool over...
I've heard the Y-block was made into the 70's. I'd love to see some brochures from down there to see what their line up looked like.
Garbz - I noticed the quad I referred to has the back window almost over the rear wheels and it looks like a different back window - like its slanted. Wish there was a clearer picture.
