After replacing the bulb and still no low beam, drivers side, I checked and found there is a fuse for each side - they were both good, with power on both sides. No voltage at the bulb connector though. This tells me (per Haynes wiring diagram) the wire is open to the lamp or a 'Lamp Out Warning Module'failure.
Thanks for the help. However, according to the Haynes wiring diagram, there would be no power at the low beam driver side fuse if power were interrupted at the light switch. The problem is limited to the wiring from the fuse to the 'lamp out warning module' and then to the bulb.
