P0171 & P0174 codes

P0171 & P0174 codes
06 XL with the V-6 motor & auto, around 40,000 miles. I got a CEL and pulled the codes 0171 & 0174 bank 1 & 2 system too lean on one of the work trucks.
From what I understand this is a vacuum leak? Can anyone tell me where or what I should be looking for? What, if any parts need to be replaced? How hard of a job is it? Anyone have a picture or diagram of this?
Is this a common issue, and is there any way to avoid this from happening again?
